ALPS Supplies Return Policy
It is not our usual policy to supply items to customers on approval. If you order product from Systems-Consulting, we expect that you have determined the suitability of the product(s) in advance of placing your order. This being the case, ordered products are not returnable. The only exception to this policy is when we advise you as to the suitability of the product or the product is defective. Returned items must be in original packaging and saleable condition.
We are not responsible for any product returned without prior authorization.
Authorized returns will be credited, upon acceptance of received condition, less shipping costs, in the same manner that the original payment was made.
We reserve the right to adjust this policy in individual cases, based on circumstances, at our discretion.
